Ticket Delivery and Will Call
Tickets at Home
To print your tickets at home, simply click the link found in your ticket purchase email confirmation. Under "Delivery Method", use the "Click Here" feature to print tickets. All of your tickets in your account will appear to select for printing.
If you are unable to locate your ticket purchase email confirmation, you may also log into your account here and click on "My Account" to print your tickets.

Camping and Overnight Parking Will Call and Walk-Up Sales
Please note for your convenience and ease of pick-up and making purchases there are now two (2) locations for camping patrons. Any type of services required will need to be completed at these locations prior to entering your campground.
M-50 Entrance Box Office
Services: M-50 Creekside Campground, High Banks Campground, Infield Campground, Tree Farm Campground, Turn 4 Campground and APEX Campground.
Admin Box Office
Services: Turn 2 Retreat Campground, Turn 1 Resort Campground, Brooklyn Trails Campground, Brookfest Acres Campground, and Graves Family Campground.

Gate Policy
We are excited that you are joining us for a fun weekend at MIS! Please use the following gates to enter our facility:
Friday – Gates 21, 24
Saturday - Gates 21, 24
Sunday – Center Grandstand guests enter Gates 21, 24, 29; Turn 1 Grandstand guests enter Gate 19
Fans may enter the Grandstands, Pit Road Suites and Pit Road Acceleration Club areas with:
- Soft sided coolers no larger than 10”x 10” x 12”.
- Soft sided coolers may contain ice, freezer packs and a removable plastic liner.
- Soft sided bags no larger than 18” x 18” x 4”.
- Soft sided bags may include scanner bags, camera bags, purses, fanny packs, daypacks, canvas tote bags, lightweight backpacks, eco-friendly type grocery bags, clear bags, bags with souvenir purchases.
NOTE: Guests are allowed to bring in any combination of no more than two total of the items described above. Coolers and bags may contain food and beverages. Please drink responsibly.
ALCOHOL POLICY
All guests will be required to present a valid, U.S. or Canadian government issued ID along with a 21 and over wristband for all alcohol purchases. Wristbands will be issued free of charge, with presentation of a valid ID at all concession and club locations.
MIS is private property, firearms and fireworks are prohibited. Be prepared for enhanced vehicle and person searches which may include K-9 units, campgrounds included.

Trams/Parking
Trams
Don't be intimidated by lines at the tram stops. Trams move quickly and transport many of our guests at once. In fact, each tram car holds 50 people and MIS has 15 of them! So at any given time, MIS is tramming 750 people.
Tram pick-up and drop-off points are located throughout the speedway. Tram transportation and parking on MIS property is FREE!
Download our tram map below to help you plan for a quicker trip and an enjoyable experience before and after the race! Also, look for our tram stop signs throughout parking lots.
Parking
Follow our inbound traffic map below to locate which parking lot you should use on event weekend. Download the Waze App for free to correctly gain access to your destination!
Bus Parking:
Bus parking is in the VIP lot located in the Fan Plaza, guests must access the VIP lot via Vicary Road.
Motorcycle Parking:
Motorcycle parking is available in Yellow Lot A and the M-50 crossover.
General Parking:
From West (Eastbound on US-12) parking is in Junction Lot 11.
From East (Westbound on US-12) parking is in Junction Lot 11.
From North (via M-50 Highway on to Brooklyn Road) or West (via Vicary Road) parking is in Green Acres Lot 3.
Overnight Parking:
Purchase overnight parking in your campground for $25 or park in pond corner near M-50 Highway at no charge.

ADA Information
Wheelchair accessible tickets can be purchased in advance or on race day, based on availablity. Three companion tickets may be purchased for each wheelchair ticket purchased.
In Row 1 there is a space for a wheelchair with folding chairs for companions; in Row 54 there is a space for a wheelchair with permanent bench-style seats for the companions.

Accessible Parking
The Speedway provides free designated parking areas in all parking lots for guests with disabilities. Vehicles displaying the proper credential will be directed to that area upon entry into the parking lot.
Please be sure to approach the Speedway from the inbound traffic pattern that allows access to the parking area of your first choice. All handicapped parking lots are available on a first come first served basis.
Accessible parking areas fill early and you may be directed to alternate or overflow parking areas.
Michigan Vehicle Codes MCL 257.674, 257.675 and 257.675c contain the following sections pertaining to the display and use of a disabled parking permit. A disability placard or license plate is intended for use only by the person with a disability or someone transporting the person with a disability.
Under Michigan Law, it is illegal to:
- Use a disability placard or license plate when the person with a disability is not being transported.
- Lend a disability placard to another person
- Alter or make a copy of a disability placard
- Continue using the disability placard issued to a family member who has since passed away.
Improper use may result in the immediate confiscation and cancellation of the disability placard or license plate. Furthermore, improper use, altering, forging, or copying a disability placard is a misdemeanor crime that may result in fines up to $500, jail time up to 30 days, or both.
Any individual presenting a placard for accessible parking privileges at MIS is subject to a review of integrity by on-site law enforcement.
Additionally, Michigan International Speedway reserves the right to refuse admission, eject from its facility and deny ticket renewal privileges to any person whose actions and conduct are deemed inappropriate or illegal.
Accessible Transportation Assistance
The Speedway provides free transportation assistance to guests with disabilities using Guest Trams and Disability Transport Carts.
Guest Tram service is available in:
- Lot 10
- Lot 14
If additional transportation assistance is needed, or if you're parked in a lot not listed above, go to any Guest Information Center and request a Disability Transport Cart. The cart will transport the individual needing assistance and one companion to a location near the gate closest to their seating section.
Pre-race drop-off stations and post-race pick-up stations are at Guest Information Centers near:

- Gate 21
- Gate 24
- Gate 29
- Pit Patio
At peak use times delays should be expected.
For the safety of our guests post-race disability cart service begins 45 minutes after the conclusion of the race on Sunday.

Accessible Restrooms
Wheelchair accessible restrooms have a wheelchair plaque posted at the entrance of the building.
Service Animals
MIS recognizes the importance of service animals in assisting guests with visual and other impairments. These animals are welcome throughout the property, but must remain leashed and harnessed at all times. Guests are required to bring their own pet waste disposal bags. Guests who bring service animals should request wheelchair seating to accommodate the service animals safely and comfortably.

The Post-Race Concert is FREE with a Sunday admission ticket, MISCamping.com Infield, APEX or Turn 1 Resort wristband.
